OmniPDF provides free online PDF tools including editing, merging, splitting, compressing, converting, rotating, watermarking, signing, protecting and OCR processing of PDF files. The core tools process files locally in your browser.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use OmniPDF to:

• Process files containing illegal content
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
• Use automated bots or scripts to abuse the Service
• Circumvent any usage limits or access controls

4. Free vs Premium

The free tier provides access to all core tools with fair usage limits. Premium subscriptions unlock unlimited usage and AI features. Pricing is as displayed on the Pricing page. Subscriptions auto-renew and can be cancelled at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

OmniPDF and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by OmniPDF and protected by international copyright laws. You retain all rights to the documents you process through the Service.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. OmniPDF does not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that results will be accurate. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

7. Limitation of Liability

OmniPDF shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Service, including loss of data or documents.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
