1. Information We Collect

OmniPDF is designed with privacy at its core. The core PDF processing tools (edit, merge, split, compress, rotate, convert, watermark, sign, protect, etc.) run 100% in your browser using client-side JavaScript and WebAssembly. Your files never leave your device.

We may collect the following non-personal data:

• Anonymous usage analytics (which tools are used, how often) via Google Analytics
• Browser type, device type, and country (aggregated, not linked to individuals)
• Error logs to help us fix bugs

2. Your Files

We do not:

• Upload your PDF files to any server
• Store your documents on our infrastructure
• Share your files with third parties
• Read, scan, or analyse the contents of your documents

All file processing happens locally in your browser's memory. When you close the tab, your files are gone.

3. Cookies & Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand aggregate usage patterns. This collects anonymous data such as which pages are visited and which tools are used. No personally identifiable information is collected. You can opt out using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.

4. Premium Accounts

If you create a Premium account, we collect your email address for authentication. Payments are processed by Stripe — we never store your credit card details. Your email is used only to manage your subscription.

5. Third-Party Services

• Google Analytics — anonymous usage tracking
• Firebase Auth — optional account authentication
• Stripe — payment processing for Premium plans

6. Data Retention

Since we don't store your files, there's nothing to delete. Anonymous analytics data is retained for 14 months per Google Analytics default settings. Account data (email) is deleted upon account deletion.

7. Your Rights (GDPR)

If you are in the European Economic Area, you have the right to access, rectify, port, and erase your data. Contact us at privacy@omnipdf.app.
